About Forward Spine Center

Dr. Timothy Klesk is a life-long learner from Champlin, MN.

He strives to utilize innovative, conservative solutions to accomplish patient goals without the use of medication and surgery.

With an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of North Dakota, he focuses on science-driven, evidence-based care.

Dr. Timothy Klesk received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2014, where he met his wife and partner in practice, Dr. Madeline Klesk.

He completed the Primary Spine Practitioner program at the University of Pittsburgh, emphasizing front-line diagnosis, management, and care coordination of patients with spinal complaints.

Dr. Klesk is active in the community as member of Golden Valley Rotary, as well as giving back to his profession through the Minnesota Chiropractic Association.

He has earned a reputation for being personable and genuinely caring about everyone who comes into Forward Spine Center.

Outside of the clinic Dr. Klesk enjoys running and biking, golfing, weekends at the lake as well as spending time with his wife and three children. 

You only get one spine, it’s a good time to start taking care of it!

 Dr. Madeline Klesk is a passionate Chiropractic Physician with an extensive education in sports related injuries, women's health, pregnancy and pediatric care. 

Dr. Madeline brings a small-town welcome and patient care to Golden Valley, MN. Raised in Madison, MN, she is passionate to plant roots here and take care of the community, one spine at a time.

She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of St. Thomas, where she also competed in collegiate tennis. With a minor in Health Promotions, what Dr. Madeline loves most is empowering people to help themselves and exceed expectations. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2014.

Dr. Madeline is a certified Acupuncturist and Yoga Instructor and has post-doctorate training in women’s health, pregnancy and perinatal care, including Webster Technique and additional training with International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Dr. Madeline strongly believes movement is life and when she is not working, enjoys running, yoga, walking her dog Ava or spending time at the lake with Dr. Tim and their three children (twins Miles and Nora, infant Owen).  

I'm Isabella and I'm proud to be the friendly face at the front desk here at Forward Spine Center. My goal is to create a smooth, stress-free experience for every patient. I manage appointment scheduling, patient intake, and daily operations-so you can focus on your health and healing. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable and cared for the moment you walk through the door. I'm here to answer your questions and support your wellness journey every step of the way.

Whether you're new to chiropractic care or a returning patient, I'm here to make sure you feel right at home.

Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, knitting cozy creations, and spending quality time with my friends and family. These hobbies help me stay balanced and energized, and I love bringing that same positive spirit into my work at Forward Spine Center.
