GYF is led by Kirsten DeHaven, a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 500) and our Chiropractic Intern. Kirsten will help guide you through a safe, effective and healing practice.
These classes are open to all levels and will provide a nurturing environment and healing space your nervous system needs to reset and recharge. This practice helps to release restricted fascia, ligaments and tendons while balancing your body and boosting your immune system.
Weekly classes take place on Wednesday from 12:10-1pm.
